We understand that investors have different requirements and budgets therefore we offer 3 packages at fixed cost. You will notice there are additional items on the more expensive packages however; the majority of the budget goes on improving the quality of the larger items such as beds and sofas. We can be flexible and If you would like any additional features or would like to minimise some of the rooms please let us know and we can arrange a package to suit you.

We ensure that each property we furnish is unique therefore do not have set pieces. This also means that if you have any special requests regarding style or colour we can accommodate.
